About me
Sue Lee – Licensed Professional Counselor, MS Ed, LPC
Does your Anxiety keep you from enjoying day-to-day activities to the fullest extent? Are you constantly worrying and feeling out of control? Are you ready to work on practical coping skills and strategies that will help you learn to challenge your negative thoughts with more positive, realistic thoughts? Anxiety can be time-consuming, exhausting and overwhelming. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals identify ineffective thought processes and behaviors that affect daily functioning. Together, we develop strategies to implement positive change.
I work primarily with adults on Anxiety, Self-esteem and Life Transition struggles. I strive to provide a calming, goal-oriented approach, and offer a therapeutic space that is positive and judgment free. My goal is to help you find clarity and perspective, and guide you through the process of implementing coping skills into your daily life.
I look forward to guiding you on your journey towards achieving your highest potential for social, emotional and mental well-being. If you are ready to learn and implement practical solutions to navigate life’s transitions and challenges, I invite you to reach out for a free initial phone consultation to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
I am fluent in English and conversational in Korean and enjoy working with clients from many different backgrounds. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New York University, my Master’s degree in Childhood Education from Fordham University, and my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania.
